BSecure Online Teams with Focus on the Family to Provide
Internet Safety Solutions for Families

Bristol, TN, Jan. 16, 2008 - In an effort to provide parents with the best resources for keeping their families’ safe online, Focus on the Family has added BSecure (formerly Bsafe) Online to its available resources through its Family Safety Initiative.

BSecure Online is honored to be part of the parental control options offered by Focus on the Family and its Family Safety initiative.

BSecure Online CEO Joe Gregory says, “BSecure Online shares the same values and commitment as Focus on the Family to help parents navigate the rough waters of objectionable material from today’s culture sent through movies, television and the Internet.”

Focus on the Family Senior Vice President Steve Maegdlin sees the Family Safety resources available at family.org/safety as valuable tools for today’s parents that can help in the fight against objectionable and threatening material.

“We continue to hear from concerned parents every day about their kids’ activities online,” said Maegdlin. “The dangers kids face -- and we’re not just talking about pornography but threats like cyber-bullying for example -- are very real. Parents are wise to take necessary actions to protect their parents while online. BSecure Online’s solution is one great first step in doing so.”

BSecure Online’s All-in-One Security Suite just received an iParenting Media Award for “Greatest Products 2007”. The downloadable software provides protection for your family by blocking inappropriate websites, providing time-of-day controls as well as a weekly web activity report. BSecure’s exclusive PredAlert instant messaging monitoring is specifically designed to block and deter predators from contacting children. The BSecure All-in-One Security Suite also provides protection for your computer with McAfee anti-virus, SPAM filter, pop-up blocker and more.

Focus on the Family’s Family Safety Initiative provides parents with access to innovative ideas and proven strategies for keeping their families safe.  According to Rich Bennett, director of Focus of Family’s Family Safety Initiative, “As an organization dedicated to serving and strengthening families, Focus on the Family continues to work to equip families with the tools, resources and information  they need to effectively manage their kids’ online and entertainment activities.”

BSecure Online is extending a special offer to Focus on the Family constituents through the Family Safety Initiative. (Special offers are available through other vendors as well.)
