While we strive for perfect, uninterrupted service, S4F Filterpak presented by FIS
services are dependent on vendors and factors beyond our control; and therefore FIS can
not and therefore does not warrant that the operation of the service will be uninterrupted
or error-free or that any defects in the service will be corrected.
Limitation of liability
Family Internet Safety will not under any circumstances be liable for any damages
whatsoever resulting from the use or loss of use of the service under any circumstances,
due to any cause, even if FIS has been told of the possible damages. Family Internet
Safetys total liability to you for all damages (whether based on contract, torte, Or
other theories) will be limited to the amount you actually paid for the service during the
month in question. Some states and jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion
of liability for incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion
may not apply to you.
Payment policy
FIS and its authorized representative(s) are hereby authorized to debit your account for
the amount of the service (and setup fee if applicable) as seen on the signup webpage. All
accounts will automatically be renewed at the end of term for another like term unless
cancelled by the account holder. Setup and shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
FIS may also elect to bill you through a payment processing service such as PayPal
(www.paypal.com). If payment is requested through Paypal, and payment is not made, your
account will be closed.
Refund policy
Since S4F Filterpak presented by FIS is available first on a 7 day trial basis, no
refunds will be given after service has been paid for. (It is strongly encouraged that the
trial period is used to determine that the product suits your needs before making
payment.)
Renewal / Cancellation policy
You will be billed for another like term at the end of your payment term.. If you would
like to continue service, pay the invoice and your account will remain active for the next
term. If you do not wish to renew for another term, respond to the invoice with a request
to cancel. If you would like to change your term, respond with a request for the term you
would like.
