1. From the control panel select Add/Remove programs; or
Right click on the S4F icon in the system tray at the bottom right corner of the screen.
From the menu that appears, select S4F Options

2. Select FilterPak for Windows and click add/remove
(Select
Maintenance if you right clicked the S4F icon)
3. Select Remove
4. Click OK to the warning notice
5. You will get an Uninstall Authorization box saying you
need the admin password to remove the software. Enter the Admin password and the software
removal should begin
If you do not have the admin password and you need to
contact tech support, you will click on "forgot password" which will give you
the dialog box to the right. Read the challenge code and you will be given a response code
which will let you remove the software.
7. After the software has been removed you should get a
Maintenance Complete notice, and you'll need to restart your computer.
